Changes 30/05/2022

[FP01]

Forums:

• Forums update, exclamation in front of post shows bright for forums with new posts;
• Added “Mark all topics as read button on forums”;
• Submit button now properly functions again on forums.

Social:

• Added Forest Phantoms Discord to the social links menu;
• Restored Instagram functionality on the social page.

Events:

• Updated to The Events Calendar Pro;
• Users can again register for events, this functionality was broken during COVID;
• Properly aligned event page to the theme.

Tech:

• Added “Intro to Comms” page.

Website overall:

• Website updated to WordPress 6.0;
• 5 new header banners added to randomizer.

Known issues still to fix:

• Picture album’s are not correctly displaying at the moment. In contact with Envira Plugin Developer

Next features to develop:

• Update “Team Members” page. This is long overdue still displays information from 5 years ago;
  • See if members can edit their own page
• Add more FP-members to the Instagram feed on the website;
• Update links on Members Only page;
• See if we can get an additional sponsor;
• Look for automated posting bot for website news to Discord channel.
